Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays).
  • Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders with Standard Service are processed within 1 - 2 business days.


Please contact us within 1 hour of order placement via our number +31(0)162 387387. We will do our best to accommodate your request to change or cancel your order. Once an order is processing we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled.



We accept the following payment methods:

We do not accept:

  • CODs
  • Layaway plan
  • Personal checks
  • Money orders

Important information: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.


We offer the following shipment options

Option 1 - Standard delivery in the Netherlands (PostNL)

Delivery within 2-3 business days.
Normally € 6,95 (the Netherlands)

Delivery within 5-7 business days.
International - Costs will vary for each country.

Option 2 - Pick up your delivery in 's Gravenmoer

You can pick up your order at BICI within 2 - 3 business days.  You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready.

This option is for free.


Please check your product(s) as soon as you receive it. If there’s any noticible faults or damages to the product(s) please notify us within 48hrs after receiving the product. Return the product with original labels attached as described below. We’ll replace you with a new one. After this 48hrs we can’t be held accountable for faulty products


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your BICI online purchase, simply return the unused articles and we will be happy to remit your account for the amount of the purchase.

The return period for BICI is 14 days after you receive the products.

We need a few things from you in order to take back the product(s) and refund the money:

1. Send request for return or exchange e-mail
Send an e-mail to [email protected] stating your name, order number and the products you want to return.

2. Original and unworn condition
We only accept returned products if they are returned in original and unworn condition. The clothing or other products may not show any traces of use.

3. Labels
The original labels need to still be attached to the products. We don’t accept products without the original labels attached.

4. Shipping
Products should be carefully packaged. If possible using the original BICI packaging.

When posting your article via parcel post, please ask for a shipping receipt so you can prove that you have sent the item.

Please notice: If the return does not meet one of the above conditions it will not be accepted and you will receive a notice about this.

After we receive the product, we will refund you the invoice amount of the product(s).


1.Wrong size
The product doesn’t fit? It can be exchanged. See ”returns” for the required steps.

Please take notice:

  • Returning the product(s) is at your own costs. We then ship the replacing size to you for free.
  • Exchange only occurs if the requested product is on stock at the moment we receive the return shipment.
  • If the desired size is not in stock the shipment will be processed as a normal return shipment and you will get a refund (as described above). Complete the form on the back of your invoice. We exchange the product(s) after the package is unpacked and checked. You will receive a new shipment free of further costs

2. Another product
Would you like another product?  In this case take the following steps:

  • See ‘ACCEPTANCE’ for the required steps.
  • Send back the product in your possession.
  • You will receive a refund of your current order, which allows you to place a new order.
  • With your new order you will receive the new product(s) with a new invoice associated with that product(s).



For all products bought in our webshop you have legal warranty. This means that an item has to be in its original state and if your received item is not, we will provide you with a solution as quick as possible. Depending on the item we will do this with a replacement, repair of a refund. Be aware that you are aware of the Instructions for use and washing.
